Terms of Service
TwinPlayz Community Moderation Bot
These terms outline the rules and guidelines for using the TwinPlayz Community Moderation Bot ("the Bot").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By interacting with the Bot, joining a Discord server where the Bot is active, or utilizing any of the Bot's web interfaces, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not interact with the Bot or use its features.
2. Description of Service
The Bot is a private Discord moderation system designed to maintain community safety in the TwinPlayz Discord server. It automatically deletes messages and issues moderation actions (such as kicks or bans) against accounts flagging key spam/scam filters.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Bot and its web services in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and all applicable local regulations. You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to exploit, DDoS, or bypass any of the Bot's moderation filters or web portals.
- Submit malicious or spam requests through the public Data Removal form.
- Attempt to access unauthorized sections of the developer portal.
- Use the Bot's logged flags for malicious or doxxing purposes.
4. Automated Actions Disclaimer
The Bot uses automatic filters to safeguard the community. These filters can result in automated server bans or kicks. If you believe you were mistakenly banned, you can reach out to the TwinPlayz Community server administrators for a manual appeal. We are not liable for server-side moderation actions.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
The Bot and its web services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Bot will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or catch 100% of malicious accounts. In no event shall the bot developers or server owners be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from Bot usage.
6. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service, shut down the Bot, or restrict user access to web portals at any time without notice.
