TwinPlayz Community Moderation Bot

A private Discord moderation bot used by the TwinPlayz Community to help catch scam and spam accounts that post fake giveaways, fake crypto links, fake Nitro links, or other unsafe messages.

What The Bot Does

The bot watches a specific protected Discord channel. That channel is used to bait scam bots and spam accounts. If an account sends a message there, the bot deletes the message, bans the account, and sends a log to server staff.

The bot is not a public multipurpose bot. It is used for moderation and community safety in the TwinPlayz Community Discord server.

Data Collected

Discord server ID
Discord channel ID
Discord message ID
Discord user ID
Discord username or tag
Account creation date or account age for new member review
Presence/activity keyword flags stored privately for later review
Moderation action and result
Moderation reason and timestamp
Message content from the configured protected channel when it triggers a moderation flag

How Data Is Used

Data is used only for moderation, abuse prevention, server safety, and staff review. It helps staff understand why an automatic moderation action happened.

Data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI or machine learning models.

Message Content

The bot only uses message content from the configured protected channel when a message triggers the moderation system.

The bot does not monitor normal community chat for unrelated purposes.

Member And Presence Data

The bot logs new member joins for staff review, including account age and user ID. The bot stores private presence/activity keyword flags in MySQL when a visible status or activity matches configured scam-related keywords.

Presence flags are not sent to the Discord audit/staff log and do not automatically ban or kick members.

Data Storage

Moderation records are stored in a private database controlled by the server owner. Access is limited to people who need it for moderation and server safety.

Data Removal And Contact

Users can contact the TwinPlayz Community server owner or moderation team through Discord to ask about stored moderation records.

Some moderation records are kept when required for abuse prevention, moderation history, or server safety.
